Sea Change Villas is an intimate upscale property that was started in 2003 with three Beachfront Villas. The vision was to create a private and upmarket alternative to the more conventional hotel style accommodation in Rarotonga.
Sea Change Villas today consists of 15 boutique villas, all boasting their own individual private swimming pools, lagoon and garden views, and tropical surroundings.
Our business vision at Sea Change Villas is to provide an unparalleled 'Cook Islands Experience' for our guests through a combination of high-quality, beautifully appointed villas and exceptional personalised customer service.
